obrienware provides the system framework for the Secsyst Access Control system used in many residential estates, business parks, game reserves, et al.

Visitor access is controlled in one of two ways:

• Either the visitor will arrive at the gate and the gate attendant will use the secure panel provided to phone through to the resident. The resident can grant access (and open the boom) by pressing a predefined button on his phone; or
• The resident can request a “pre-clearance code” by sending an SMS request to our service number. The system will validate the resident and reply with an access code for that resident’s visitor. The resident’s visitor may then use that code to enter the estate.

Resident access is controlled using access cards, tags or biometric fingerprints.

All activity is managed centrally and in real time. Estate management are able to draw reports, view graphs and manage their estate’s security online from any location.
